How do I reserve a property through Qudoo.com?
|
After you have received all of the necessary information on a project and you have decided to proceed, we can then go ahead and issue a reservation form. It is important that the reservation form is filled out correctly and returned as soon as possible. There is also a reservation fee to pay that can be refundable depending on the project.

Do you offer viewing trips?
|
Yes. If you wish to fly out to see an area before buying then we can arrange viewing trips to all of the countries we work in. Clients can be picked up on arrival, shown around the area and there is also the opportunity to meet lawyers and financial advisors in that country. Prices vary from country to country.

Will Qudoo.com advise me throughout the buying process?

Qudoo.com will quide you throughout the buying process. We can help with lawyers and currency at the start and can advise on mortgages and rental programs when your project completes. We pride ourselves on building strong relationships with all of our clients which is why most come back.

Can I use my own solicitor or mortgage broker?

Yes. We have a large network of lawyers and financial advisors that work both in the UK and overseas but if you would like to use your own, that’s fine too.

|

Legal fees vary depending on the type of property and the country but generally are no more than 1%.

No. We do not charge any finders fees or membership fees.

Is there risk the developer would not complete my property?
|
There is always a level of risk wherever you buy property in the world. This is why it is very important to get good lawyers on board that make sure your investment is safe throughout. Qudoo.com will not allow any client to buy property without a lawyer. Qudoo.com also do their own background checks on all developments which can be viewed in the info packs

Do I need to fly out to the country I am buying in to sign documents?
|
No. Most countries do not require this and your lawyer can act on your behalf in that country.

Can I get a mortgage on completion?
|
This depends on the resort you invest in. Many developers offer non status financing and in that case all investors are eligible for a mortgage. If that’s not possible then we can help with arranging a mortgage though a foreign bank. We also have a number of financial advisors in the UK than can guide you through this process.

Do I pay tax on my property profits?

Taxes are an inevitable by-product of profitability. We can, however, put you in touch with property tax experts who can help you minimise your liabilities.

Can I sell my property before it is completed?
|
Yes. This is called flipping and can be very profitable. With all of our projects we always make sure that clients have the opportunity to resell before completion.
